New Favorite Coat Styled in Different Ways

I probably talk about autumn / winter coats a million times on the Blog every year. Not only are they my favorite purchase of the Season, but I am more invested than ever because they are an absolute necessity in the PNW. I’ve already worn almost all my coats enough to pay for myself, and it’s only been a month. I’m always looking for a good Coat. More recently, I was looking for more casual and oversized coats, comfortable and warm. I have too many fitted textured coats that don’t really work (too uncomfortable) when running after a toddler.

Meet my new favorite coat from Nordstrom. This coat has been on my Radar for a while and I finally pressed. I often wear my beige coat from Topshop, so I wanted to see another coat from the brand. For me, Topshop coats fit well (in the shoulders and arms), but they are still spacious and comfortable, which is perfect for diapers and chasing a toddler. I wouldn’t go green normally, but I felt like my very neutral closet needed a splash of color, and I thought it would be great for the holidays ahead. I LOVE this Coat. It’s quite oversized, which shocks me a bit, but it’s so comfortable and comfortable. Comfort has been key lately and this coat is exactly that. I would almost also order the white.

I should also mention a few other new purchases. This Mock Neck sweatshirt will be a Go-to piece for me. I love a good Sweatshirt and the fact that this one has a Billowy sleeve and mock Neck makes it particularly good. It is super soft and comfortable and it is the perfect essential black piece to wear under coats. My Marc Fisher boots are old, but they brought the style back in a short heel and higher. These are my black boots and I couldn’t recommend them anymore. They run TTS. Finally, I just picked up those Nike sneakers. I always go half a size in Nike sneakers and they fit perfectly. I always get a pair of black Nike sneakers every year and I love the simple design. They also have a bit of heel, so I feel very big in them, lol.

There are so many great essential pieces in these outfits, so if you are in the market for a new coat, sweatshirt, sneakers or boots, be sure to check out my recommendations. As always, I get almost all my essentials at Nordstrom and you just got such a good selection of fall and winter staples. Plus, you can’t beat free shipping and returns.
